# Export AI Table

> AI Table supports exporting to Excel for local storage.

AI Table supports exporting to an **Excel file** for local storage.

## Export to Excel

Click the icon in the top-right and pick **Export as Excel (.xlsx)** or **Export attachments as zip**.

#### Q: **Who can export an AI Table?**

A: Export permissions follow table permissions. **Manage**, **Edit**, **View / Download** roles can all export. With Advanced Permissions on, exporting still works but the export only contains data visible under your Advanced Permissions scope.
