Use the AI Table email field to validate format and keep entries clean.

# Basics

Add a field: in the upper-right of the AI Table title bar, click + and pick Email under field types.

The email format is validated as you type.

* **Q: Can a single cell hold multiple email addresses?**

  A: No — entering a new email overwrites the previous one.
