# Statistics FAQ

> Answers to common attendance statistics questions, including how to export attendance data for former employees, how to export attendance reports older than 180 days, and how to view employee clock-in time statistics.

    Export the data in one of the following three ways:

    * Open **DingTalk on desktop > Workbench > Attendance > Attendance statistics > Report management > Monthly summary**, select the required **attendance period** and **user scope** (choose from **Resigned** users; you can select former employees in bulk or individually), and then export the report.

    * Open **DingTalk on mobile > Workbench > Attendance > Statistics > Team statistics > Month X summary** (select the required **attendance period** and set the user scope to **All company**) **> Export report**. The exported attendance report includes attendance data for **former employees**.

    * Attendance certificate: Open **DingTalk on desktop > Workbench > Attendance > Attendance statistics > Attendance certificate** (select the **attendance period** and the corresponding **former employees**).

    The Admin Console supports online export of attendance data from the past 180 days. To export data older than 180 days, we recommend upgrading to DingTalk Pro.

  <Accordion id="q3" title="How do I view detailed clock-in time statistics for employees?">
    Admins with attendance permissions can view the statistics through the following paths:

    * Open **DingTalk on mobile > Workbench > Attendance > Statistics > Clocked-in headcount/Expected headcount > Clocked in > tap the corresponding employee** to view.

    * Open **DingTalk on desktop > Workbench > Attendance > Attendance statistics > Report management > Daily statistics/Raw records** to view.
