# Attendance statistics notifications

> Configure DingTalk attendance statistics notifications. Personal and team reports support custom delivery methods and schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly summaries, which the system pushes automatically.

Attendance notifications include **personal attendance statistics notifications** and **team attendance statistics notifications**. Customize the delivery method and schedule for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and the system sends notifications based on your settings.

### Personal attendance statistics notifications

    Admins: go to DingTalk Mobile > Workbench > Attendance > Settings > More Settings > Notification Management > Personal Attendance Statistics Notifications for Employees, and turn the personal daily, weekly, or monthly attendance reports on or off.

### Team attendance statistics notifications

At the start of each week and each month, the attendance system automatically sends team attendance statistics to the Super Admin, organization owner, attendance Admins, and supervisors. The Content includes **overall attendance data and errors**. Notifications can be delivered via **Work Notifications and DingTalk Mail**, and recipients can choose whether to receive them.

Settings path: **DingTalk Mobile > Workbench > Attendance > Settings > Personal Settings > Team Attendance Statistics Notifications**

    Personal daily and weekly attendance reports are only available for organizations with fewer than 5,000 employees. If the employee count exceeds this limit, daily and weekly attendance reports are no longer pushed.

    Personal attendance statistics notifications can only be enabled or disabled centrally by Admins on the mobile app. Once the Admin turns the feature on, Users in the organization can toggle their own personal attendance statistics notifications. Admins with the required Permissions can follow this path: Open **DingTalk Mobile > Workbench > Attendance > Settings > More Settings > Notification Management > Personal Attendance Statistics Notifications for Employees >** turn **the personal daily, weekly, or monthly attendance reports** on or off.
