# Sync Employee Care Events to Calendar

> Auto-sync work anniversaries and birthdays into Calendar with a three-day-ahead reminder and optional AI-generated greetings—enable it under Calendar Settings → Sync.

## Sync employee care events

Calendar supports syncing employee work anniversaries and birthdays. It automatically sends reminders three days in advance so important dates can be prepared early. It also supports AI-generated customized greetings, so employees can receive distinctive greetings on their anniversary or birthday.

Supported on Android, iOS, Mac, and Windows.

## Operation path

Open **DingTalk Calendar**, click **Calendar Settings** in the lower-left corner, go to **Sync**, and enable **Sync onboarding anniversaries and birthday greetings**.

Calendar will remind you three days in advance so you can prepare greetings for colleagues.
