# Add Organization Members

> Invite or directly add employees on desktop and assign them to the right departments—covers per-member entry, invitation links, and batch flows for the admin.

## 1. Feature Overview

Administrators can invite employees to join a team by manually adding them, administrators can also assign employees to departments.

## 2. Procedure

### Add Employees as an Enterprise Administrator on Desktop

Go to [Admin Console](https://oa.dingtalk.io) > Contacts > Member Management > select the department where members should be added > Add Member / Invite Member / Batch Management to invite members to join the enterprise.
