# Enable Member Invitations

> Let ordinary employees invite new members directly—useful for fast org expansion; covers the admin toggle and the invitation flow employees see.

## 1. Feature Overview

To help enterprises quickly build their organization structure and invite new employees, DingTalk provides member invitation. If the enterprise primary administrator or a sub-administrator with Contacts permissions enables the option that allows organization members to invite others, employees can invite members to join the enterprise.

## 2. Procedure

#### Desktop

Go to [Admin Console](https://oa.dingtalk.io) > Contacts > Members > Add Members
