# Meetings running over? A simple time-control tip to boost efficiency

> Set a time limit for each agenda item in Quick Meeting, display a full-screen countdown with three-color status alerts, and keep every meeting on schedule without running over.

Struggling to keep meetings on track, with long discussions, low efficiency, and post-meeting fatigue? Use **Quick Meeting** to clearly display the time for each topic and easily control meeting duration.

▶ Create a Quick Meeting, hover over the Table of contents on the left, select **Time**, or click the time setting next to the topic Title to set the presentation duration. Then select the desired time.

▶ Once set, click **Present** in the top-right corner of the corresponding topic Page. The Content will display in full screen and the countdown will start, with other participants following your view.

▶ The Timer shows three states at different stages:

* Green — Normal countdown

* Yellow — Time is almost up (the alert turns yellow during the last five minutes for topics over ten minutes; or during the last two minutes for topics under ten minutes)

* Red — Time exceeded
