# Split into columns

> DingTalk Sheets Split into Columns lets you split cell content by delimiter or fixed width into multiple columns — perfect for cleaning up survey exports, group chat chains, and other bulk-import data in one step.

DingTalk Spreadsheet lets you split a single cell into multiple columns based on conditions, making it easier to organize survey results, group chat responses, and other data.

## Instructions

On the Spreadsheet menu bar, click **Data > Split into columns**.
