# Undo and Redo

> DingTalk Sheets Undo and Redo: press Ctrl+Z to roll back editing mistakes and Ctrl+Y to restore undone actions, supporting multiple sequential undo steps to quickly recover from errors.

Editing mistakes or revisions are inevitable when working on a spreadsheet. In DingTalk Spreadsheet, use **Undo** and **Redo** to roll back or restore previous actions.

## Undo

Press the shortcut **Ctrl+Z** (Mac: **Cmd+Z**), or click **Undo** on the toolbar, until the data returns to the desired state.

## Redo

Press the shortcut **Ctrl+Y** (Mac: **Cmd+Y**), or click **Redo** on the toolbar, until the data returns to the desired state.
