# Print and export

> DingTalk Sheets print and export: print directly from the menu or download the workbook as XLSX, CSV, TSV, or PDF with a custom filename — making it easy to share or archive spreadsheets across platforms.

In DingTalk Spreadsheet, use the print and export features when you need to share a spreadsheet with customers or others through another platform.

## Instructions

Print: Click **Menu > Spreadsheet > Print** in the top navigation bar to print.

Export: Click **Menu > Spreadsheet > Download as** in the top navigation bar to quickly save the file locally. In the export panel, you can rename the target spreadsheet without affecting the original. (Currently, DingTalk Spreadsheet supports exporting to local files in XLSX, CSV, TSV, and PDF formats.)
