# Save as template

> DingTalk Sheets Save as Template lets you save a finished spreadsheet as a personal template and reuse it from My Templates on every new file — eliminating repetitive setup for recurring reports, payroll sheets, and attendance trackers.

In daily work, users often need to create spreadsheets of similar types, such as monthly financial reports, employee salary calculations, and employee attendance tracking. To improve daily work efficiency and eliminate repetitive tasks, DingTalk Spreadsheet allows users to **Save as template**. Next time you create a spreadsheet, you can select directly from My Templates, making your work more efficient.

## How to save to My Templates

1. Once the target spreadsheet is ready, click **Menu —> Spreadsheet** in the top navigation bar, then select **Save as template —> Save to My Templates** from the drop-down menu.

2. In the pop-up window, you can customize the **Title** of the template for quick identification and selection later, improving template recognizability.

3. Click **Create** in the lower-right corner of the pop-up window to complete the save.

## Where to find saved templates

To use a saved template next time, go to **Document on the left —> Template in the upper right —> My Templates —> All Types in the upper right —> Filter by Spreadsheet**, and you can quickly find your saved templates.

## How to delete a saved template

First, locate My Templates by clicking **Document on the left —> Template in the upper right —> My Templates —> All Types in the upper right —> Filter by Spreadsheet**. Click the **Delete Button** in the upper-right corner of the template to delete it quickly.
