# Alignment

> DingTalk Sheets alignment options cover six modes — top, middle, bottom, left, center, and right — and can be applied to an entire row, column, or the whole spreadsheet at once to keep your data clean and consistent.

To make a Spreadsheet look clean and tidy, it's important to unify or adjust the text alignment within the Spreadsheet. In daily Spreadsheet work, you typically select an entire Record, Column, or the whole Spreadsheet to apply alignment changes in one step—simple and efficient.
