# Form view on desktop

> DingTalk Sheets Form view on desktop: click the arrow at the start of any row to expand it into a vertical form layout, breaking free from grid constraints for clearer field-by-field review and more efficient data entry.

Spreadsheet on desktop supports Form view. Break free from grid constraints — expand each record into a form for clearer viewing and more efficient input.

## Instructions

1. Entry: On desktop, a small arrow appears at the start of each record.

2. Expand: Click the arrow to expand the record as a form.

3. Close: Click Close in the upper-right corner of the expanded form to close it.
