# View Group Notices

> Open group notices to view announcements pinned by admins, learn when to send a notice for a group, and configure related notification settings.

Group notices are shared updates that group members can view from **Group Settings**. Use this page when you need to check the latest notice for a group.

Notices are useful for information that should stay easy to find, such as team rules, project reminders, or important group updates.

## Open group notices

1. Open the group chat from **Chats**.

2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.

3. Select **Notice**.

The Notice page opens from Group Settings.

## When to use Notice

Use Notice for information that members may need to refer back to later. For quick discussion or one-time updates, send a normal message in the group chat instead.

## Related settings

Group notices are part of **Group Settings**. From the same settings panel, you can also open **Group Invitation**, manage **Members**, or go to **Group Management**.
