# 社員向け使い方ガイド概要

> DingTalkのドライブを社員として活用する方法を解説。Private Driveの2 GB個人スペースをデスクトップとモバイルで利用し、リアルタイム同期と暗号化で安全にファイルを保存・アクセスできます。

DingTalkのドライブは、各ユーザーに **プライベートドライブ** で2 GBの個人ストレージスペースを提供します。ファイルはデスクトップとモバイル間でリアルタイムに同期され、データは暗号化によって保護されるため、より安全に利用できます。

DingTalkのドライブはDingTalkと深く統合されているため、ファイルをワンクリックでドライブに保存できます。

## デスクトップ

対象ファイルの右下にある **追加** をクリックし、保存先ディレクトリを選んでから、対応するフォルダーを選択します。

対象ファイルをタップし、**追加** を選択して、対応するフォルダーを選び、**確認** をタップします。
