# Create a Contact Group

> Group your Mail Contacts on the DingTalk desktop app so you can send to multiple recipients at once and keep contacts organized by team, project, or relationship.

## Steps

Open the DingTalk desktop app > click Mail in the left sidebar > click the<img src="https://alidocs.oss-cn-zhangjiakou.aliyuncs.com/a/RyGqoJqeOT9Aj7mb/1f6f1ab52bcd4ec0a73302765f2eba640521.png" alt="imag.png" style={{display:'inline-block',height:'1.2em',width:'auto',verticalAlign:'-0.2em',margin:'0 2px'}} /> icon in the upper-right corner > Mail Contacts > click ... next to Contacts > New group.
