# DingTalk Mail FAQ

> Frequently asked questions about DingTalk Mail — general settings, recipient limits, web version availability, storage capacity, third-party client sign-in, and Enterprise Mail differences.

    DingTalk Mail settings include general settings such as mail logs, receiving and sending, anti-spam options, display settings, receiving rules, vacation reply settings, blocklist, allowlist, auto-forwarding, other mailboxes, and signatures.

  <Accordion title="What is the recipient limit for one email?">
    When sending an email on desktop, the recipient limit is 300 people. The group chat limit is 300 groups. When sending separately, the recipient limit is 100 people.

    No. DingTalk Mail currently does not have a web version.

    A personal mailbox with the @dingtalk.io suffix has 60 GB of total storage. Storage expansion is not supported.

    A DingTalk personal mailbox with the @dingtalk.io suffix can currently only be used in DingTalk. It does not support sign-in from other clients or third-party software. DingTalk Enterprise Mail and Alibaba Cloud Mail can be linked in third-party software.
