# Disable Group Members from Sending Emails to a Group

> Turn the group mailing list on or off in group settings so only authorized members can send to the group's mailing address, preventing misuse.

## Steps

### Mobile

Open the DingTalk mobile app > Chats > enter the group chat > tap ... in the upper-right corner > Group management > turn Enable group mailing list on or off.

### Desktop

Open the DingTalk desktop app > find the group chat you want to configure > Settings in the upper-right corner > Group management > turn Group mailing list on or off.
