# Import or Export Contacts

> Import contacts in CSV or vCard format into Mail Contacts, or export your existing contacts for backup or migration to another mail client.

## Steps

Open the DingTalk desktop app > click Mail in the left sidebar > click the<img src="https://alidocs.oss-cn-zhangjiakou.aliyuncs.com/a/RyGqoJqeOT9Aj7mb/1f6f1ab52bcd4ec0a73302765f2eba640521.png" alt="imag.png" style={{display:'inline-block',height:'1.2em',width:'auto',verticalAlign:'-0.2em',margin:'0 2px'}} />icon in the upper-right corner > Mail Contacts > click ... next to Contacts > Import contacts or Export contacts.
