# Move or Delete Emails

> Long-press emails on mobile or select them on desktop to move them to another folder or delete them, keeping the Inbox organized on either device.

Both DingTalk mobile and desktop support moving and deleting emails. You can delete invalid or unnecessary emails at any time.

## Steps

### Mobile

Open the DingTalk mobile app > More > Mail > long press and select the emails you want to manage > tap Move to or Delete at the bottom.

### Desktop

Open the DingTalk desktop app > click Mail in the left sidebar > select the emails you want to manage > click the Move or Delete icon at the bottom.
