# Receive Emails from Other Mailboxes

> Link other mailboxes to DingTalk Mail so you can collect and reply to email from multiple accounts in a single DingTalk Inbox without signing in to each one.

Use DingTalk Mail's mail collection feature to receive emails from other mailboxes without signing in to those mailboxes separately.

## Steps

Open the DingTalk desktop app > click Mail in the left sidebar > click Settings in the lower-left corner > Mail settings > Other mailboxes > Add another mailbox.
