# Set Up Automatic Email Forwarding

> Add an Auto forward rule in Mail settings on desktop so matching incoming emails are automatically forwarded to another mailbox.

## Steps

Open the DingTalk desktop app > click Mail in the left sidebar > click Settings in the lower-left corner > Mail settings > Auto forward > Add forwarding email address.
