# Set Up New Email Notifications

> Configure new-email notifications across mobile system settings and DingTalk Mail in-app settings, including sound, push, and per-account toggles, so no important email is missed.

## Steps

### Mobile System Notification Settings

IOS System:

Mobile system Settings > Notifications > DingTalk > turn on Allow Notifications > turn Sound on or off.

Android System:

Mobile system Settings > Apps and services > App management > DingTalk > Notification management > turn Allow Notifications on or off.

### DingTalk New Email Notification Settings

Open the DingTalk mobile app > More > Mail > tap ... in the upper-right corner > Settings > turn on New email notifications.

Tip: If notifications are enabled but you still do not receive new email notifications, try signing out and signing back in:

1. DingTalk mobile app > More > Mail > ... in the upper-right corner > Settings > tap the signed-in mailbox > Sign out.

2. Return to Settings > Add another personal email account, then sign in to the mailbox again.
