# Batch recall Bot messages in one-on-one chats

> Call this API to batch recall bot messages in one-on-one bot chats via robotCode and processQueryKeys, suited to retracting wrongly sent notifications within 24 hours.

Use this API to batch recall Bot messages in one-on-one chats between users and Bots. Submit business fields such as `robotCode` and `processQueryKeys` via a POST request. This API applies to scenarios where an organization needs to recall notification messages sent in error within 24 hours.

Messages cannot be recalled after 24 hours. |
