# Space App Management

> Use the space app feature to manage associated apps in the current workspace and consolidate business functions such as process approvals, to-do messages, and data analytics cards. Steps: sign in to the YiDA workbench, open the platform management page, select Space Management, and edit the target space.

This topic describes how to manage the apps associated with a space in the YiDA workbench.

## Procedure

    Sign in to the [YiDA workbench](https://www.yidaapps.com/workPlatform) as an Admin.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step 2">
    Click **Platform Management** in the upper-right corner to open the platform management page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step 3">
    In the left-side menu, select **Platform Dedicated Customization** > **Space Management**, choose the space you want to edit, and then click **Edit**.

  <Step title="Step 4">
    Click **Space App Management**, and then click **Manage Associated Apps**.

5. In the pop-up window, select the apps to add or remove, and then click **Confirm** to complete the setup.
