# Batch Deletion

> This article explains how to batch delete data in the YiDA workbench, including operation steps, precautions, and usage guides for different versions. The batch deletion feature is available only to administrators, allowing up to 1,000 records to be deleted at a time, and supports multiple deletion methods.

## Steps

Follow the steps below to bulk delete data.

1. Sign in to the YiDA workbench and open the app that contains the data you want to bulk delete.
2. Select the target form and click Data management.
3. Click More > Bulk delete, and select the records to delete.

Use any of the following three methods to quickly delete form data, up to 1,000 records at a time.

## Precautions

* When fewer than 50 records are processed in a bulk action, message notifications and business association rules can be triggered.
* Bulk delete is available only to admins. Deleted data cannot be recovered, and any feature that references the data (such as associated forms) will be affected. Delete with caution.
