# Risk Notice for Bulk Data Deletion and Modification

> When using bulk actions, be aware of the risks involved in deleting or modifying data in bulk, including irreversibility and dirty data, and take preventive measures.

Dear User,

Hello!

When using our bulk action capabilities to delete or modify enterprise data assets in bulk, make sure you fully understand the potential risks. The following is the official risk notice for such actions:

1. Bulk deletion and bulk modification of data cannot be undone. Assign data deletion permissions with caution to avoid the loss of data assets.
2. If linkages or associations exist between form data, perform bulk data deletion with caution to avoid producing dirty data.
3. If formulas or associations exist between form fields, perform single-field bulk modification with caution to avoid dirty data caused by broken linkages.

We recommend that you carefully assess the above risks and take appropriate preventive measures before performing bulk actions. YiDA shall not be held responsible for any data issues caused by such actions.
