# Delete Data Node

> When a business scenario requires deleting data from a form, first use the Retrieve data node to fetch the data, then configure the Delete data node to complete the action.

## Delete Data

This node removes a specified data record from a form, using the ID obtained by the Retrieve data node to locate the record to be deleted.
