# 会上读材料占用时间？这个方法一定要会，轻松缩短会议时长！

> 通过钉闪会「提醒」功能邀请参会人会前阅读并评论材料，减少会上讲解时间，让讨论从共同基础出发更高效。

每次开会前，还在占用会议时间讲解、阅读材料吗？不仅影响会议时长，同事们可能还经常开小差……快用\*\*「钉闪会」\*\*邀请参会人<strong>提前阅读并评论会议材料</strong>吧！

在钉闪会页面右上角【提醒】中，选择提醒【阅读并评论】并确定提醒对象。

系统会自动将「日程的所有参与者」作为提醒对象，也可以手动将他们移除，支持按<strong>好友、组织架构、群聊</strong>三种方式添加。

确认后，系统将通过「钉钉聊天」，发送提醒消息给「提醒对象」哦～
