# 钉盘如何按角色设置容量管理

> 打开企业管理后台，通过工作台或搜索找到钉盘，按角色配置容量配额——让不同岗位员工分别获得合适的存储分配。

进入「企业管理后台」，在工作台中或搜索中找到「钉盘」，进入钉盘容量管理页面，在「**我的文件」页面中**，可设置企业管理员、云盘管理员、指定人等角色的「我的文件」是否允许使用，以及设置容量上限。
