# 查看群公告

> 查看由管理员置顶的群公告，了解何时使用群公告通知群成员，并配置相关的提醒设置。

群公告用于发布需要群成员持续查看的重要信息，例如团队规则、项目提醒或重要更新。

## 打开群公告

1. 从 **消息** 打开群聊。

2. 点击右上角的齿轮图标。

3. 选择 **群公告**。

系统会从群设置中打开群公告页面。

## 何时使用群公告

需要成员之后仍能方便查找的信息，适合发布为群公告。用于即时讨论或一次性更新时，可直接发送普通群消息。

群公告属于群设置的一部分。你还可以在同一设置面板中打开 **邀请加入群**、管理 **群成员**，或进入 **群管理**。
