Add a bot to a group

Prerequisites

1. Complete the Configure an enterprise bot process.
2. Complete the app publishing process.

Procedure

1. Sign in to the DingTalk client-side and create a group chat:
   • If you already have a group chat, skip this step.
   • If you do not have a group chat, do the following:
     1. Click the ”➕” icon in the upper-right corner and select New Chat.
     2. Click Select Contact and configure the group information.

        Item	Description
        Group name	Enter the group name.
        Group scenario	Select Internal Group. Note: The group scenario must be Internal Group.
        Group organization	Must be consistent with the organization used in Configure an enterprise bot.

     3. Click Confirm to complete the group chat creation.
2. Enter the group chat and click the Group settings icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Click Group Management > Bots > Add Bot.
4. In the Enterprise bot list, select the bot that you configured and published in the prerequisites.
5. After selecting the bot to add, click Add > Complete.
