Complete the Create an App process.Procedure
- Sign in to the Developer Console, and then click the target app to open its details page.
- Click Basic Information > User Management > Add User to add collaborative development users.

To develop an app collaboratively with users in your organization, follow the steps in this document to add users.
Important
If you do not add collaborative development users, those users cannot see the app.
