Before you begin development, the organization admin must grant developer permissions to developers. Developers with different identities can develop different types of apps.

Procedure

The organization admin grants developer permissions to developers by following these steps: Note After applying for developer permissions, developers can sign in to develop, upload, and publish apps.
  1. The organization admin signs in to the OA Admin Console.
  2. In the Admin Console, choose Security & Permissions > Manage Permissions, and then click Management Groups to open the Management Groups page.
  3. Click Add Management Group.
  4. On the Edit Management Group page, fill in the following fields, and then click Save.
  • Management group name: Enter the name of the management group.
  • Users: Assign users to the management group.
  • Management scope: Select the management scope.
  • Assign permissions: Select the corresponding permissions.
  1. Developers sign in to the Developer Console to develop apps.
