You can view AI Minutes files from several places. After recording ends, you can view, share, or manage AI Minutes files from AI Minutes Assistant, historical meeting cards, the meeting details page, the meeting end page, or the AI Minutes home page.

Method 1: Search for AI Minutes or Use the Navigation Entry to Open the AI Minutes List

On desktop, search for AI Minutes in the DingTalk search box, or click AI Minutes from the navigation bar. On mobile, tap Meetings or Discover at the bottom of the DingTalk home screen, then find AI Minutes. Search for AI Minutes and select the AI Minutes feature, or click AI Minutes in the left navigation bar. Open the AI Minutes home page.

On mobile, tap Meetings or More at the bottom, find AI Minutes, and tap it. On the AI Minutes home page, you can view and filter the complete list of AI Minutes files.

Method 2: View From DingTalk AI Minutes Assistant

The person who starts AI Minutes will receive an automatic AI Minutes message card from AI Minutes Assistant. Click the card to view the recording file.

Method 3: View From Meeting History

In the left navigation bar of DingTalk, click Meetings to enter the meeting home page. In the meeting history records on the right, click the summary shown on a meeting card to view the AI Minutes details.

Method 5: View From the Meeting End Page

If Cloud recording or AI Minutes was enabled during a meeting, participants can click the files generated from the meeting on the meeting end page. The host can share the files directly; other participants need to request access.
