Benefits Overview

1. AI Minutes Standard provides 300 minutes per person per month. The quota is restored on the 1st day of each month.
2. AI Minutes Premium and Ultimate support organization or individual purchase:
   1. Organization purchase: benefits belong to the organization. Admins purchase centrally. One account can only be assigned to one member, and assignments can be adjusted.
   2. Individual purchase: benefits belong exclusively to the individual and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
3. Organization time packages can only be purchased by organizations. Organizations can customize the amount of transcription time purchased, and admins can configure the time for shared use across the organization or assign it to members.

1. AI Minutes Membership is suitable for individual purchase. The benefits belong exclusively to the individual and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
2. AI Minutes Membership provides two specifications: Premium Membership and Ultimate Membership.
3. Monthly subscription is supported. You can also purchase a 1-month, 3-month, or 1-year duration.

Q: How do I get a free trial? Can Standard Membership be combined with Premium or Ultimate Membership? A: Standard users automatically receive 300 transcription minutes each month. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month, and the quota resets on the 1st day of each month. Premium Membership or Ultimate Membership is parallel to Standard Membership and cannot be stacked. After activating Premium Membership, you receive the full Premium Membership benefits. For example, Premium Membership provides 1,500 transcription minutes per month. Q: What are transcription minutes used for? Can I still record files after my transcription minutes run out? A: Transcription minutes are the unit used for speech-to-text services. Even after your minutes run out, you can still use other features, such as recording and importing audio. Transcription minutes only affect the use of speech-to-text features. Q: If I have activated membership and also received extra speech-to-text minutes, in what order are transcription minutes deducted? A: If you have active membership benefits, the transcription minutes from those benefits are used first so you can fully use your membership. After the transcription time in your current membership benefits is used up, gifted transcription time, such as the 1,000 minutes gifted with A1 hardware, will be deducted. Q: I activated Premium Membership. Why did my minutes not reset on the 1st day of the next month? A: The exact reset date is based on the date you activated the membership. In other words, the benefit quota resets in the month after your activation date, not uniformly on the 1st day of each month. For example, if you activated Premium Membership at 11:00 AM on October 15, the reset time will be 00:00 on the 16th day of each month. You can view the next reset time in the membership benefits details. Q: Are my benefits bound to my account or device? Can I use them on multiple devices? A: Paid benefits are bound to your DingTalk account, not to a specific device. You can use AI Minutes on mobile, desktop, and A1 hardware, and the same quota is shared across all devices. If you receive speech-to-text minutes from an A1 personal device, such as 1,000 minutes per month, the quota is credited to the DingTalk account bound to that device and can be used together with membership quota. Q: How do I renew or upgrade my membership? You can renew or upgrade from the membership benefits details page:
