Q: How do I redeem a gift card after receiving it? A: On the DingTalk AI Minutes purchase page, click Redeem Membership and enter the card package. You can then use the gift card directly. Please note that gift cards and redemption codes are valid for one year. Activate and use them as soon as possible after receiving them. Gift cards and redemption codes are bearer instruments. They cannot be reported lost, redeemed for cash, or refunded after use. Q: Can multiple users share AI Minutes membership benefits? A: AI Minutes Membership is for a single individual. It cannot be shared or transferred. Q: I am already a member. Can I still use a gift card? A: If your current membership benefits match the gift card specification, your membership validity period will be extended after redemption. If your current membership benefits do not match the gift card specification, you cannot redeem it. Please redeem it after your current membership expires, or give the card secret to friends or family.
