Group notices are shared updates that group members can view from Group Settings. Use this page when you need to check the latest notice for a group. Notices are useful for information that should stay easy to find, such as team rules, project reminders, or important group updates.

Open group notices

  1. Open the group chat from Chats.
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Notice.
The Notice page opens from Group Settings.

When to use Notice

Use Notice for information that members may need to refer back to later. For quick discussion or one-time updates, send a normal message in the group chat instead. Group notices are part of Group Settings. From the same settings panel, you can also open Group Invitation, manage Members, or go to Group Management.
