Some conversations in Messages are created by DingTalk services, apps, or product features. These conversations can send updates or cards related to the service. You can manage a service conversation from its settings panel.

Open service conversation settings

  1. Open Messages.
  2. Select the service conversation.
  3. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.

Mute a service conversation

In the settings panel, turn on Mute Notifications. When this is enabled, DingTalk no longer sends push messages for this service conversation.

Keep a service conversation at the top

In the settings panel, turn on Stick on Top. Use this when the service conversation contains updates you need to check frequently.
