Use the conversation list menu to control how conversations appear in Chats. These actions help you keep important chats easy to find and reduce distractions during daily work.

Keep a conversation at the top

Right-click a conversation, then select Set-top session. The conversation stays near the top of your list, making it easier to return to active work.

Mark a conversation as unread

Right-click a conversation, then select Mark as unread. Use this when you have opened a conversation but want to remind yourself to return to it later.

Mute a conversation

Right-click a conversation, then select Message Do Not Disturb. Muted conversations remain in your list but stop sending regular notification alerts.

Hide a conversation

Right-click a conversation, then select Do not display this session. Use this to remove a conversation from the list without clearing its history.

Clear local chat history

Right-click a conversation, then select Empty chat history. This clears the local chat history for that conversation.
