What is the recipient limit for one email?

When sending an email on desktop, the recipient limit is 300 people. The group chat limit is 300 groups. When sending separately, the recipient limit is 100 people.

No. DingTalk Mail currently does not have a web version.

What is the storage capacity of DingTalk Mail?

A personal mailbox with the @dingtalk.com suffix has 60 GB of total storage. Storage expansion is not supported.

Can I sign in to DingTalk Mail from third-party software?

A DingTalk personal mailbox with the @dingtalk.com suffix can currently only be used in DingTalk. It does not support sign-in from other clients or third-party software. DingTalk Enterprise Mail and Alibaba Cloud Mail can be linked in third-party software.
