DingTalk Mail is one of DingTalk’s collaborative office products. It focuses on efficient and secure email processing to meet business communication needs. DingTalk Mail generally includes one or more of the following concepts:
  • DingTalk Personal Mail: After registering for DingTalk, individual users automatically receive a free personal mailbox with the @dingtalk.com suffix.
  • DingTalk Enterprise Mail: An enterprise-level SaaS email service. It is activated and paid for by the DingTalk organization administrator, includes a 30-day free trial, and is deeply integrated with DingTalk. It also supports AI-powered email writing and reply features to help enterprises work more efficiently and create better content.
  • DingTalk third-party email client: Individual users or organization administrators can add and configure third-party email accounts. DingTalk Mail then acts as a client to connect to third-party mail servers for sending and receiving emails.
