Can't Open Files Locally?
Without download permission, a file can’t sync to your local folder or open locally. Common causes: you lack view/download permission, the file has leak protection enabled, or your administrator restricts local downloads for certain files.
If you do not have permission to download a file, it cannot be synced to your local folder or opened locally. The file name is still visible in the local folder, but clicking the file name will prompt you to open it in DingTalk.
