Folders and files can be deleted in DingTalk Drive. After deletion, they are moved to the recycle bin, where they can be recovered. This makes file management more convenient and safer.

Desktop

Open the DingTalk Drive home page, Team Files on the Docs home page, or My Files (from DingTalk Drive) under My Docs. Select the files you want to delete and click Delete. The files will be moved to the recycle bin. Items in the recycle bin do not use storage capacity. 截屏2026-06-11 23.28.45.png To recover deleted documents, click More in the lower-left corner of DingTalk Drive, then click Recycle Bin. Click … next to the target file and choose Restore to restore it to its original location. If you click Permanently Delete, the file cannot be recovered. 截屏2026-06-11 23.29.02.png

Mobile
