How to set up a fixed shift attendance group
- Mobile: As Admin, go to Mobile DingTalk > Workbench > Attendance > Settings > Global settings > Add attendance group > Attendance type, and select Fixed clock-in and clock-out time. Fill in the remaining fields as prompted on the page.
- Desktop: As Admin, go to Desktop DingTalk > Workbench > Attendance > Attendance group management > Add attendance group > Attendance time > Settings > Attendance type, and select Fixed clock-in and clock-out time. Fill in the remaining fields as prompted on the page.

- Mobile: As Admin, go to Mobile DingTalk > Workbench > Attendance > Settings > Global settings > Select the attendance group > Scheduling to open the scheduling page. Select day-by-day scheduling, choose the corresponding shift, and save the settings.
- Desktop: As Admin, go to Desktop DingTalk > Workbench > Attendance > Scheduling management > Select the attendance group > Scheduling, follow the on-page prompts to schedule shifts, and save the settings.
