When drafting meeting minutes, to-do lists, or team work plans, you often end up with many follow-up tasks. How can you make sure every item gets a response and every matter is resolved? In DingTalk Docs, you can convert a task list directly into DingTalk To-Dos and mention the assignees to remind them to review.

Instructions

Place the cursor where you want to add the task list, then click To-Do List in the toolbar to create tasks. Click the icon on the far right of the task list and select Convert to DingTalk To-Do to generate a to-do task.

Additional notes

You can mention assignees in to-do tasks, set due dates, and convert them into DingTalk To-Dos to trigger reminders.
