At work, you often need to edit documents of the same type, such as writing yearly or monthly work plans, summaries, or weekly reports. In such cases, save your document as a template based on your own writing habits to avoid repetitive editing and boost efficiency. In addition, DingTalk Docs offers a wide range of general templates to support your daily work.

Instructions

In the navigation bar at the top right of the document, click ┇ > Save as template > Save as my template to save the target document as a template. In the panel that appears, you can edit the document title, which will not affect the original document. When creating a new document, select My templates to use the templates you have created.
