Connect with smart forms. Respondents cannot see each other’s entries, and submissions flow back to the spreadsheet automatically for more efficient management and analysis.Use cases
Collecting data is a routine part of daily work. When the data is sensitive or private, respondents do not want others to see their entries. Setting permissions one by one greatly increases the workload of the person managing the data. With the Collect data feature in DingTalk Spreadsheet, respondents cannot see each other’s entries, results are automatically aggregated into the spreadsheet, and only the creator can view the results, making collection and processing far more efficient. How to use
- Create a new DingTalk Spreadsheet, then in the top-left corner go to Menu > Collaboration > Collect data > Create table with form.
- On the form editing page, drag the relevant modules from the question panel on the left to build your form. When finished, click Complete to enter the publish settings.
- On the settings page, configure the form as needed. When done, click Publish in the top-right corner. You can share the form with multiple respondents via Chat, Link, or QR Code.
- Once respondents submit their entries, the information is automatically aggregated into the spreadsheet, where you can analyze and process the data using DingTalk Spreadsheet. Note: All collected data is visible only to the creator, protecting respondents’ privacy.
- In addition, to edit or adjust the form, click the arrow in the top-right corner of the form card to Open the table with form. In the top-right corner of the form editing page, you can access Share, View statistics, and More edit settings.
