In DingTalk Spreadsheet, use the print and export features when you need to share a spreadsheet with customers or others through another platform.

Instructions

Print: Click Menu > Spreadsheet > Print in the top navigation bar to print. Export: Click Menu > Spreadsheet > Download as in the top navigation bar to quickly save the file locally. In the export panel, you can rename the target spreadsheet without affecting the original. (Currently, DingTalk Spreadsheet supports exporting to local files in XLSX, CSV, TSV, and PDF formats.)
